Betsy DeVos and the Trump Administration want to let schools off the hook for covering up cases of sexual assault. Last year, DeVos rescinded key documents that ensured students had the right to an education free from sexual violence and discrimination.
Now DeVos has proposed new legally binding rules on Title IX that make schools more dangerous for students and survivors. Here’s the good news, this proposed rule isn’t law yet! Take action now and submit a comment to stop this disastrous rule.

DeVos has issued new regulations on Title IX through a process known as “notice-and-comment.” Through notice-and-comment, members of the public have the opportunity to provide their input on proposed regulations.
